 We inject Fluid Film® inside frame rails, boxed frames, and internal support channels using a 360° fogging wand. This protects structural areas that traditional undercoating cannot reach, preventing internal corrosion from spreading outward. 

 We remove weatherstrips or use factory access points to fog the inner surfaces of doors, rocker panels, hatch panels, and quarter panels. This stops rust at its hidden origin points where salt and moisture accumulate. 

Before applying undercoating, we treat rusted areas with a professional rust converter that chemically stabilizes corrosion, turning it into a black, paintable, non-progressing layer. Ideal for vehicles with moderate surface rust.

We remove plastic wheel well liners, clean the metal and internal surfaces, treat hidden rust-prone areas, then reinstall the liners. This ensures no moisture pockets remain untreated.

Using industrial degreasers and pressure rinsing, we remove oil residue, old undercoating fragments, and road grime. Proper prep ensures maximum bonding and longevity of your Fluid Film® application.
