1. Service Agreement
By booking an appointment with Autopile Pro LLC, the client agrees to the terms below. Our services are cosmetic in nature and aim to enhance the appearance of your vehicle. We do not repair or modify structural, mechanical, or electrical components.
2. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, paint chips, loose trim, or worn interior surfaces.
- We are not liable for items left in the vehicle. Please remove all valuables before your appointment.
- Some stains, odors, or defects (e.g., pet hair, mold, rust, water damage) may be permanent or require multiple treatments.
3. Service Limitations & Pricing
- Pricing is based on the vehicle's size and condition. Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, or biohazards may incur additional charges.
- Final inspection is performed with the client. Once approved, the service is considered complete.
- Re-cleaning must be requested within 24 hours of service completion.
4. Mobile Detailing Terms
- Client must provide a safe, accessible workspace (flat surface, adequate lighting, and in some cases, power and/or water).
- Weather may affect mobile appointments. We reserve the right to reschedule due to rain, snow, high wind, or extreme temperatures.
- Travel is included within 20 miles of New London, CT. Additional mileage may incur a service fee of $1.99 per mile.
5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
- No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
6. Payments & Refunds
- Payment is due at the time of service (cash, card, or digital payment accepted).
- Refunds are not guaranteed once the service is rendered, but we strive to resolve any service concerns fairly.
- Gift cards and pre-paid services are non-refundable but may be transferred upon request.
7. Photo & Marketing Use
We may take photos or videos before, during, and after service for quality assurance and marketing. These may be used on our website or social media unless the client specifically requests otherwise before the service begins.
8. Memberships or Subscriptions
Clients enrolled in a detailing membership must follow the agreed schedule. Missed appointments do not roll over unless rescheduled in advance. Memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. Non-Refundable
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the local courts of New London County.
